With more than 25 years of business valuation experience, Ms. Mamaux currently serves as one of DM&A’s experts on a range of topics including loss of goodwill in eminent domain proceedings, economic damages, and business valuation assignments for purposes including gift and estate tax, partnership and corporate dissolution, shareholder buyouts, strategic planning, acquisition, and financing. Ms. Mamaux has provided testimony in Los Angeles Superior Court and in arbitration proceedings.
Ms. Mamaux began her business valuation career as a financial analyst at DM&A from 1989 to 1991. She left to earn her MBA and gained significant analytical experience in the investment industry before rejoining DM&A in 1997 as a valuation manager. Ms. Mamaux became a Principal at the firm in 2001 and a Partner in 2007.
She is a member of the Association of Investment Management and Research and the Los Angeles Society of Financial Analysts. Ms. Mamaux is also a member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) and Highrise Networks. She recently relocated back to her hometown, Carlsbad, California. Ms. Mamaux is a dog lover, a sports fan, a mystery buff, and just took up pickleball.
